• Processing time: 3–7 business days
• Shipping time: about 7–12 business days (may vary by destination)
• Orders may ship from different facilities (e.g., US or China) depending on destination & production availability
• Tracking will be provided once shipped
• Delivery times may be longer during holidays or peak seasons — please refer to the estimated delivery date at checkout.

Color & print notes

• Actual colors may vary slightly due to lighting and different screen settings
• Minor variations in placement/finish can occur and are considered normal for made-to-order production
• For washed/distressed or vintage-style items, slight fading/texture variation is part of the intended look.

Care instructions (general)

• Wash inside out with similar colors
• Cold wash / gentle cycle recommended
• Use mild detergent; do not bleach
• Avoid soaking and prolonged direct sunlight
• Low heat tumble dry or hang dry
• Low heat iron/steam if needed
• Slight color release may occur during the first wash — this is normal.

Returns & exchanges

• Made-to-order items are final sale (no returns or exchanges) unless there is a defect or printing issue
• If your item arrives damaged or there’s a print issue, message within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos — we’ll help resolve it.
